Where can I buy Elegnano shoes?

Elegnano shoes are exclusively available through our online store. Since we are a slow fashion brand and do not follow the traditional seasonal fashion cycle, we do not work with traditional shoe stores.

Do you ship Elegnano shoes worldwide?

Yes. If your country is not available for shipping at checkout, please put your address in the notes and use our headquarters address at checkout:

Can I pick up the shoes at the Elegnano headquarters in Wezemaal (Belgium)?

Yes, but by appointment only. Please add a note stating that you would like to pick them up instead of having them shipped when you order the shoes via the webshop. We will then provide you with the contact information of the person who is available at our headquarters to arrange pickup.

Do you have a sale at the end of the season?

No. Elegnano is a slow fashion brand. This means that we do not follow the seasonal cycle of traditional fashion brands. We regularly add new designs and styles, but older designs remain available as well. Our collection is timeless and classic; you can wear most of our designs year-round.

Every year, we do organize a "Destiny Shopping Sale" event where we put the shoes on sale that have been used for photoshoots, catwalk shows, exhibitions, etc. Subscribe to our newsletter to make sure you do not miss it.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, they are available on our webshop. We have gift cards of fixed value starting at €25. After completion of your gift card order through the website, we will send you a gift card via email within 24 hours with a unique code. If you want, you can even choose the code.

We offer two options: We can send you a gift card that you can print at home, so you can give it to the happy recipient. Or alternatively, we can also send you an electronic gift card that you can send via e-mail. Let us know in the notes which one you prefer. We will send you this gift card within 24 hours.

Want to have a gift card of a value that is not one of the pre-selected options. We are happy to help you! You can request a gift card for a value of your choice. Just let us know what amount you had in mind, and we will make it for you.

Does Elegnano have a repair service?

No, we do not have an in-house repair service. For standard shoe repairs, we recommend a quality shoe repair service, shoemaker, or cobbler. We have a list of recommended shoe repair services. Do you offer a quality shoe repair service and would like to be added to our list, contact us. Do you have a problem your shoe repair service cannot fix? Contact us.

Do the shoes require special care?

No. Elegnano shoes do not need regular polishing like traditional shoes. However, you are free to use the products you would normally use for shoes, it doesn't harm the leather. You do not need to spray them with a spray against the rain either. Because of the technology that is used, you can wash off most stains with water only. Let the shoes dry at room temperature afterward.

How do the shoes fit?

• For women: Our shoes only come in one width and full sizes (no half sizes). To correct for half sizes, we recommend you use a thin insole. All our designs have a round toe-box for comfort. This makes that the shoes generally fit larger. On the website, you will find in the description of each design recommendations on the fit and size you should select for that particular design.

• For men: Our shoes only come in one width and full sizes (no half sizes). They have a normal width and fit true to size.

The design I like is sold out in my size? Will it become available again?

Certain designs and sizes sell out quickly, so we always advise you not to postpone your purchase, especially for our limited edition collections. We normally produce new inventory when we are low on stock for a certain design. However, we recommend you let us know which design and size you are interested in, so we can keep you up to date.

​

Note: Limited Edition 2021 with bows - Hidke and Marie: Due to popular demand, we will have new inventory available in October 2021.

 

Can I put my arch support insoles in the shoes?

Elegnano shoes do not have a removable footbed, making them not suitable for arch support insoles.

What shoe size should I order?

We want to make it as convenient as possible for you to buy the shoes from our online store. Of course, it is not always easy to buy shoes without trying them on. Since trying shoes on in the comfort of your own home is the best way to stressfree determine whether or not the shoes are right for you, we implemented a few strategies to make it easier for you:

• We offer payment through Klarna. If you select this payment method at checkout, you have 21 days to complete the payment. This means that you don't pay anything upfront. You can add multiple sizes to your cart. We ship those sizes to you, and you can try them on at home. If you ship back everything that didn't fit within 14 days, you will only pay for the shoes that you kept - not for the ones that you sent back.

• Do you have a good relationship with a boutique shoe or clothing store in your neighborhood? Ask them if we can ship the shoes in different sizes to them. If we can come to an agreement with the store, you can then go try them on in that shoe store after shipping and buy them in the store. The shoe store will get a percentage of the sale if you end up buying the shoes. Do you run a shoe store and are interested in this concept? Let us know.
